Summary

The Department of War Navy PAE MC seeks proposals to develop a lightweight, man‑portable nitrogen generator that can produce high‑purity nitrogen at up to 3,500 psi using only 120‑volt, 25‑amp power for United States Marine Corps expeditionary maintenance operations. The effort aims to replace heavy, logistics‑intensive gas cylinders with an energy‑efficient system that fits within forward tactical shelters and supports tire servicing, recoil mechanisms, and other maintenance tasks.
