Summary

The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole‑source contract for software development and systems integration to modify the government‑owned Mission Termination System (MTS) by adding an Autonomy Government Reference Architecture (A‑GRA) compatible interface and message processor. This upgrade will provide a certified TRL 9 capability that supports software‑in‑the‑loop, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, and live flight testing of autonomously controlled unmanned aerial systems and collaborative combat aircraft, enhancing safety and test efficiency.
