Summary
The Navy seeks to develop a Distributed Multispectral Event‑Driven Integrated Sensing and Communications capability, called MINSC, that can detect and classify objects using neuromorphic sensors and low‑probability‑of‑intercept communications. The technology is intended to be integrated into the Aegis Combat System to improve battlespace awareness, reduce data bandwidth needs, and support cross‑domain operations.
