The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to award a sole‑source contract to Rocky Mountain Unmanned Systems for the design, engineering, integration and delivery of one custom‑integrated robotic system that can autonomously navigate hazardous environments and produce a real‑time three‑dimensional hazardous atmosphere map. The effort focuses on advanced software data‑fusion to combine chemical detector data, quadrupedal robot sensors, LiDAR and mesh networking into a unified operational picture.
