Summary

The Department of War Air Force AFMC is seeking proposals to develop a Quantum Sensing Analyzer that uses Rydberg atomic sensors as an ultra‑wideband universal measurement standard for electromagnetic systems. The effort aims to create a quantum‑based sensor capable of highly accurate, SI‑traceable measurements from MHz to THz frequencies to modernize radar, electronic warfare and antenna testing across DoD facilities.
