Summary

The Department of the Air Force is seeking to explore commercially‑advertised rocket launch systems for point‑to‑point space transportation that could deliver DoD cargo anywhere on Earth in under one hour. The effort, called the Rocket Experimentation for Global Agile Logistics (REGAL) program, aims to assess emerging commercial rocket capability for rapid logistics, emergency resupply, humanitarian and disaster relief, and routine cargo transport.
