DARPA is soliciting proposals to develop an in-silico capability for high-throughput mapping of protein-protein interactions called the Binding Landscape Emulators (HUBBLE). The Air Force Research Laboratory issued a solicitation for Joint All Domain Persistent Adaptive Collaborative Technologies II to develop Human-Machine Teaming concepts that use AI and automation for Battle Managers. The Air Force Space Vehicles Directorate is requesting white papers for the Secure By Design Space Vehicle (STAR-FISH) program to advance spaceflight, signal, energy, and transportation technologies. DARPA is issuing a solicitation for research on new synthesis techniques for polymeric and nonlinear optical materials with the goal of creating a prototype electro-optic modulator. NASA seeks a contractor to provide conjunction assessment screening services for all uncrewed spacecraft and deliver orbital safety analysis for NOAA's Office of Space Commerce.
