NASA seeks proposals to design, build, certify, and operate a commercial low-earth-orbit destination for crew and cargo services. The Air Force wants one WingtraRay small unmanned aircraft system with training and technical support for its civil engineer center. The Air Force also requests vendors to provide high-bandwidth BLOS Ku/Ka-Band satcom and GPS hatch systems for C-130/L-382 aircraft. The Navy asks for white papers on organic counter-UAS dismounted effectors, both kinetic and non-kinetic. DARPA has suspended the Bordeaux Program solicitation, halting all proposal preparation.
