The Air Force seeks SBIR Phase I funding to develop an ultra-sensitive quantum telemetry receiver using Rydberg sensors for ABMS/JADC2 communications. The service also requests proposals for high-voltage radiation-hardened semiconductor power switches to support space propulsion and other high-power space systems. The Army Test and Evaluation Command issues two separate calls: one for autonomous swarm dynamics and counter-drone technologies, and another for AI assurance and autonomous system validation. The Navy looks for a compact, high-pulse-energy laser for airborne material ablation and penetration.
