The Air Force awarded Northrop Grumman a $1.84 billion contract to sustain, produce, and modify the Laser Infrared Targeting and Navigation Comprehensive Advanced Targeting Pod (LITENING CATP). The Department of the Air Force's Space Systems Command gave an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award worth $981 million to develop innovative technology and engineering for the National Space Test and Training Complex's test and range capabilities. The Navy is issuing multiple contracts, each around $40 million, to provide high-resolution ocean floor mapping services with long-endurance unmanned surface vehicles for NAVOCEANO. The Navy also awarded RTX Corp., Pratt & Whitney Military Engines a contract for initial depot and common spares for the F135 propulsion system that powers the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The Army granted CACI Inc. - Federal an IDIQ contract valued at $500 million to purchase commercial catalog items, including counter-unmanned aerial systems capabilities.
