Summary

The Department of the Navy, via the Office of Naval Research, is seeking proposals to develop Agentic Super Intelligence (SI) architecture and software for controlling low‑cost COTS UAVs and UGVs in heterogeneous swarms that can be commanded through natural language. The effort focuses on advanced AI‑driven autonomy and edge computing to enable swarm operations without internet or GNSS, targeting naval, marine corps, disaster relief, agricultural, and security applications.
