Summary

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to award a sole‑source contract to Quartermaster AI, Inc. for a 12‑month subscription‑based Data‑as‑a‑Service model of the SmartMast Maritime Sensor system to be installed on the Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel "Sea Hunter" and integrated with the Navy's Minotaur C2 architecture. The SmartMast platform fuses EO/IR cameras, AIS and RF detection with onboard edge‑AI processing for automated target recognition, providing critical sensor capability for training and operational missions of USVRON‑1 and Carrier Strike Group One.
